Abstract：
＂精英＂问题一直是社会学研究的焦点.伴随着中国农村改革的逐步推进,大量的农村精英尤其是经济精英异军突起,成为农村建设和发展中一支举足轻重的力量,主导着农村的发展方向.农村精英的研究,对推动农村的现代化和城市化进程有着重要的意义.
