介绍了数字激光视觉技术在焊管制造过程中多个关键环节中的应用,包括实现焊缝跟踪,焊接参数或钢带送进角度的自适应调整,钢板宽度与边缘形状的检测,钢管外径的测量,焊缝成形及缺陷的自动检测等.该技术通过自动化的操作可减少或消除人为因素的影响,并在批量生产中保证过程和质量的一致性,从而提高焊接质量,减少焊接耗材的消耗及返工和补焊的费用,降低总体生产成本.
