Abstract：
通过嵌入过渡金属材料及调节焊接工艺的方法,优化嵌入法电子束焊接接头焊缝中合金元素成分,并且有效控制焊缝成分的均匀性,从而改善焊接接头力学性能.研究结果表明:嵌入法焊接接头强度与母材的相当,冲击韧性较常规工艺焊接接头有显著提高,升幅超过50%,并且有效降低焊接接头疲劳寿命的分散度.
