Abstract：
我国在＂十一五＂规划纲要中提出了单位国内生产总值能耗降低20%左右的目标,使得高耗能企业的节能管理工作变得尤为严峻,尤其是油田开采中的节能降耗问题更为突出.油田企业作为产能大户,每年为国家提供上亿吨原油和几百亿立方米的天然气,但同时自身也消耗了大量的能源.
