建立各种研发和创新中心城市,是提高国家科技竞争力的重要手段.文章分析了北京建立研发中心城市的优劣势,指出目前北京已具备了一定的优势,同时政策上也为吸引大规膜的外资研发机构提供了一定的条件.北京应当抓住机遇,积极融入全球研发网络,提高国际竞争力.
