Abstract:
简要介绍了(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2),基陶瓷(x分别为0.3,0.4和0.5)的激光烧结技术.提出激光烧结和氧气退火相结合可以实现(Ta2O5)1-x(TiO2)x基负温度系数材料的热补偿,使其介电温度系数接近零.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了炉烧样品、激光烧样品及其退火样品的介电性能.实现热补偿与氧缺位的变化有关,从而导致其温度系数的变化.
