Abstract：
为了解决常规线性稳压器所需的片外大电容不利于片上系统集成的问题.文中提出了一种无片外电容的线性稳压器方案,该方案在片内输出负栽电容只有100 pF时,其线性稳压器也能提供较大且快速的瞬态响应以及全负载范围的系统稳定性.
