Abstract:
研究焊接结构造价最省设计的问题,以焊接组件各部分的厚度为设计变量,约束条件为满足设计的强度要求,其中造价包括板材用料、加工成形、装配、焊接和喷漆等费用.运用RSM,K-S函数和SQP求解结构优化模型,灭菌器实例表明加强肋的均匀分布会使内壁上应力分布较合理;装配加工费用占总成本的1/2以上,在满足强度务件下,减小厚度将大大节省材料和加工费用.同时,考虑样本点分析的独立性,采用并行计算提高了计算效率,使得软件更具实用性.
