Abstract：
从对外技术依存度的概念出发,确定对外技术依存度的指标外延,探讨现有对外技术依存度测评方法存在的局限性.在此基础上提出有效对外技术依存度的概念,并对现有对外技术依存度指标的测评方法进行修正.同时从知识流量和知识存量两个角度,时我国对外技术依存度(有效对外技术依存度)进行实证分析.
