Abstract：
地下水生物除锰过程中存在着一个复杂的微生物群系,自养菌是其中不容忽视的重要组成部分.用含有Fe2+、Mn2+的无机培养基,利用传统的细菌分离方法,从试验室地下水生物除锰滤池中分离、纯化出20多株细菌,经LBB法定性检测出18株具有Mn2+氧化能力,用Sherlock细菌鉴定系统成功鉴定出15株,初步确定它们涉及5个属,6个种.
