介绍了X射线衍射测试残余应力的原理和测试技术,采用X射线衍射方法对大型焊接结构组装态、焊态、去应力热处理态的残余应力进行了测试,分析了组装工艺、焊接工艺等对残余应力分布的影响.为大型焊接结构组装和焊接工艺的合理制定提供支持.
