Abstract：
本文以去离子水作为冷却工质,研究了在低Re下流体横向冲刷微针肋阵列时的阻力特性,所用微针肋阵列肋高200μm,直径120μm,为转置正方形叉排结构.实验结果与可利用关联式的对比表明,现存宏观尺度上的关联式不能很好地预测流体横掠微针肋阵列热沉的阻力特性,特别是在Re大于140时,实验结果要高于关联式预测值.
