Abstract:

从知识型员工的特点和绩效管理流程入手,分别对绩效期望、绩效执行,绩效考评与反馈,以及绩效考评的效用四个环节进行分析,发现每个环节工作中的难点,这些难点都是由于沟通不到位而形成的.只有通过提升沟通的有效性,改善管理者和员工之间的关系,从而促进员工的成长和组织绩效目标的实现.
