以默顿的结构功能主义分析范式为指导,构建了技术中介功能分析模型.研究结果表明,技术中介具有信息对称功能、信用增加功能、技术抑制功能、风险管理功能和技术扩散功能.在此基础上,重点分析了技术中介的潜-正、潜-反功能和功能替代问题.
