Abstract:
针对大学新生入学时目标缺失的现状,通过新生班主任帮助新生分析自身特点、加强新生专业教育、鼓励新生拓宽信息渠道等途径,帮助他们树立清晰的学习目标,同时鼓励他们根据自己的目标,积极采取相应的行动,实现自己的学习目标.
