Abstract:
针对目前我国超声导波检测设备的落后现状,根据超声导波检测的机理,采用新型高速单片机、模数转换芯片、高频线性功率放大电路、环状阵列压电陶瓷传感器和基于LabVIEW的数据采集软件,开发了一种集成化的小型超声导波检测系统.该系统能够在管道中激励和接收超声导波,通过对激励波及反射回波的时空位置分析,判断出管道长度及存在的缺陷.
