本文通过运用循环经济原理分析环渤海地区一体化发展,提出区域循环经济发展基于生态系统观、构建生态型产业体系和发展模式以及构筑循环经济保障体系和机制的几个理论观点.并针对环渤海发展中出现的问题,分析区域优势和面临危机,提出区域循环经济发展的建议.
