Abstract：
中小企业信息系统运营服务研究对推进中小企业信息化具有积极的意义.在分析中小企业信息系统运营现状的基础上,提出一个面向中小企业信息系统的运营服务体系.包括建立集中控制的系统运营服务台、确定运营服务数字指标、制定运营服务标准流程、定期培训员工和用户、建立运营服务知识库等.可以提升信息服务提供商的系统运营服务水平.
