公用事业的市场化改革已成为今后一段时间着力推进的重点工作,也是价格监管改革的核心.如何在改革中不断加强价格监管力度,本文在分析我国公用事业存在问题的同时,借鉴国外公用事业发展经验,提出了适应我国国情的价格监管改革思路.
