采用热模技术,对不同模数铸件,就KmTB26牌号铸铁中Mn、Mo、Cu等合金元素对铸铁硬度的影响进行了研究,对于中等壁厚铸件,得出了适宜的铸铁化学成分和热处理规范,用研制的合金成分生产矿浆泵用铸件,其使用寿命长.
