Abstract：
针对企业在国际工程项目投标中如何选择最适合本企业招标项目进行投标的问题,分析国际工程项目投标过程中所涉及的各种风险,提出采用群决策层次分析法,应用改进的二级模糊综合评价方法,建立多项目择优投标分析模型,并运用各个指标的不同权重来计算投标项目总的优先度,从而精确、客观地选择最适合本企业的投标项目.
