Abstract：
慢性盆腔痛(CPP)是指非月经期的盆腔痛持续6个月以上,产生功能障碍或需要药物或手术治疗的一种妇科常见病症,研究表明现代妇女CPP发病率高达4%,在妇科门诊患者中占10～40%,它的病因复杂,可由生殖系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、肌肉骨骼系统以及精神神经系统等多种疾病引起.
