我国人才测评古已有之,主要用于选拔官吏.特定的测评对象、社会环境和几千年来的经验积累,形成了我国古代人才测评体系特有的一些特点,如:测评指标、考评方法及对主试人的要求等.参阅我国古代人才测评特点,结合当今西方人才测评的方式方法,加以发展和创新,使人才测评更好地服务于社会.
