Abstract：
近年来,我国在对外贸易中涉及到有关知识产权保护的产品越来越多,知识产权保护已成为我国对外贸易中最具影响的重要因素之一.该文通过我国遭遇与知识产权有关的技术性贸易壁垒现象,分析我国知识产权贸易中存在的问题并提出了相应的解决对策.
