面对我国入世过渡期的结束,服务业外资逐步大规模涌入,发展城市服务业是必然之选,大势所趋.党和国家也已在＂十一·五规划＂中提出了大力发展服务业的方针政策,并明确指出有条件的大城市应加快发展以服务业为主的产业结构.
