随着物流业的迅猛发展,顾客对物流服务水平的要求越来越高,如何衡量企业的物流服务水平日益成为人们关注的内容.论文构建了物流企业服务水平评价指标体系,并对物流企业服务水平的指标定量化,运用模糊数学中的贴近度理论,确立了物流服务水平的评价方法.最后,对物流企业服务水平的评价做了实证.
