对节水灌溉经济效益分析中,经常遇到的经济效益计算问题和工程折旧费问题进行了探讨.指出比较科学合理的节水经济效益计算方法或者是采用直接计算法,或者是采用＂一次转移＂法,并提出了折旧费＂提取＂的方法和建议.
