Abstract：
本文通过分析北六环和八达岭两条典型高速公路的超限运输状况,认为北京地区超限运输现象较为普遍,建议公路运营管理部门尝试采用计重收费方式合理抑制超限运输.文中以北京京石高速公路为例,对拟实施计重收费方案的收费费率进行了测算,计算出不同超限程度对应的收费补偿值.
