Abstract:
为解决机械设备滚动轴承的早期故障难于识别的问题,采用共振解调技术对此类故障对应的微冲击脉冲进行了提取研究.分别采用频谱分析、软件及硬件共振解调的方法对滚动轴承的外圈点蚀故障信号进行了分析.结果表明,共振解调技术能提取早期故障的微冲击特征,相对软件共振解调,硬件共振解调谱图故障特征明显,能对轴承早期裂纹、点蚀等微冲击故障进行有效提取.
