Abstract：
在4～35℃温度范围内,采用酶法成功地从制革固体废弃物中提取胶原,探讨了试验原理及方法,确定了最佳工艺条件:Ca(OH)2浓度的质量分数4.6%、酶浓度的质量分数2‰、酶解温度30℃、反应时间72h,并对所提取的胶原进行了电泳、红外光谱的表征.
