Abstract:
本文介绍了微弧氧化陶瓷膜的相关成分和组织结构,并以有色金属Al、Mg、Ti为例总结了电解液、基体合金、电源等因素对氧化膜性能的影响以及提高陶瓷膜致密度的几种途径.同时指出了在保证一定氧化膜厚度的情况下,提高膜致密度是微弧氧化研究的关键所在.
