以聚砜为基膜材料,采用正交实验方法制备了平板超滤膜,然后在其表面涂敷改性聚二甲基硅氧烷后制得聚砜-硅橡胶复合型富氧膜,并研究了复合富氧膜性能与基膜成膜条件之间的关系.研究结果表明:当聚砜含量为20.15%,N-甲基吡咯烷酮含量为70.37%,聚乙二醇-600含量为9.48%时,制得的复合富氧膜的富氧浓度可达28.8%,渗透系数为7.02×10-4m3/(m2*S*MPa).此外,还用扫描电镜观察复合富氧膜的基膜的结构特点.
