Abstract：
在进行红外光敏传感器的非线性特性测试时,由于外部因素对此传感器的影响很大,当温度极高或极低时,是无法用人手动操作完成的,当时间持续时间过长或间隔过短时,都需要有自动测试系统的支持.当传感器进行大规模生产时,由于器件的离散性,我们需要对每一个传感器进行测试、制表,所以必须建立一套高效的自动测试系统.
