Abstract:
基于望远系统的工作原理,提出了辅助透镜与热透镜构成开普勒望远系统的方法来测量工作物质对指示光的动态热焦距,结合指示光与Nd:YAG激光波长关系推导工作物质对Nd:YAG激光的动态热焦距.研究结果表明,该方法测量精度小于±5 mm,能够实现对热焦距较小情况的测量.
