以DSP(数字信号处理器)芯片TMS320F2812作为控制核心,采用IGBT二次逆变技术研制了变极性脉冲MIG焊的控制系统,一次逆变实现内环的恒流控制,二次逆变实现外环的恒压控制.系统由软件PI调节、I/O口和D/A转换器对输出焊接参数进行控制,控制精度高,明显降低了设备的复杂性,具有多焊接参数调节功能,实现了对变极性脉冲焊接电流输出波形的准确控制.
