研究了BiFeO3对950℃烧结Pb0.94S r0.06(N1/2w1/2)0.02(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.07(Zr0.51Ti0.49)0.9103(0.02PNW-0.07PMnN-0.91 PZT)陶瓷微观结构和压电性能的影响.结果表明:少量BjFeO3可加速致密化过程、促进晶粒长大,并导致准同型相界(MPB)向富Ti区移动和晶胞收缩;过量BiFeO3对晶粒长大起到抑制作用,并在晶界处引入较多气孔.微观结构的变化使性能曲线表现出转折点,最优的压电性能在10mol%BiFeO3处获得.
