研制了一种以80C196KC16位单片机为核心,采用U-I模式控制的逆变熔化极脉冲气体保护焊机。通过采集焊接过程中的电弧电压和电流信号,在峰值期间保持电压恒定,在基值期间保持电流恒定,脉冲参数依据一个脉冲过渡一个熔滴的原则选取。在焊接过程中脉冲频率保持不变,通过峰值电流的变化来实现弧长调节。结果表明,该系统工作稳定,焊机具有良好的焊接工艺性能。
