机动车上使用的1305滑动叉为40Cr铸钢件,使用状态为调质处理.有两批滑动叉分别由两个铸造厂生产,在同一厂家进行调制处理.这两批滑动叉在机加工过程中都发现有裂纹,裂纹位于工件的薄壁管形部位,裂纹走向接近为纵方向.进行热处理工序的厂家希望知道工件上的裂纹是铸造裂纹还是调质热处理裂纹.
