在图形代码语言LabVIEW环境下,构建了电弧传感跟踪焊接参数检测系统.描述了基于虚拟仪器的电弧传感跟踪系统的控制方法.该仪器具有在线分析、显示电弧传感电参数曲线、控制输出旋转扫描速度、焊接速度以及逻辑控制等功能,给出了采用虚拟仪器技术实现电弧传感跟踪控制的系统软件设计方法及控制流程.
