Abstract:

本文从企业海外R&D的目标及R&D团队的特点出发,提出了企业海外R&D团队整合管理的两条重要途径,即建立基于心理契约的激励机制与实施跨文化整合.这两条途径不是孤立的,它们主要通过价值观念等因素相联系.在企业海外R&D团队的整合管理过程中,只有将二者结合起来研究,才能发挥更大的管理效用.
