Abstract：
基于摆线锥齿轮加载接触分析,引入对称模糊优化理论和水平截集方法,建立了模糊优化模型,该模型考虑了误差因素,能够确定最优水平值.采用复合形法优化,可以减小运动误差,改善啮合性能,预估加工后的加载对滚情况,实现虚拟制造,使设计的齿轮质量达到最佳.最后进行了仿真实验.
