Abstract：
为了利用坐标测量仪的测量数据对机械产品几何特征进行检验,需要建立合理的数学模型.重点综述了利用统计模型处理圆形和球形零件测量数据这一领域的最新发展,对多种模型进行了比较,有一些理论研究成果已用于微波工程、石油工业、考古研究等领域.
