Abstract：
介绍了采用模块化设计进行数字弧焊电源开发的过程,采用分布式控制各模块之间的通信,主功率模块为主机,其他模块为从机。主功率模块根据工作状态向其他模块发送各种命令数据包,同时接收各模块送来的数据包。其他模块之间通信时,通过控制与接口模块实现。给出了模块划分方式、RS-485总线的结构组成、通信协议制定与软件实现等方面的研究结果。
