Abstract:

面对市场竞争的压力,媒体型广告公司因行业壁垒低,而导致资源的生命周期短.如何保持和利用媒体型广告公司的优势,就成了一个值得深思的问题.文章主要从如何运用资源获取短期利润、中期利润和长期利润,寻求公司长久生存之道等方面,对如何经营管理媒体型广告公司进行了一些探讨.
