介绍了模具表面激光非熔凝加工的特点及其研究发展现状,激光相变硬化过程中的温度场研究和硬化后残余应力场的研究状况,分析了激光固态相变硬化机理,以及激光表面非熔凝加工在模具上的应用情况,指出了进一步研究的方向.
