Abstract：
文章主要从实证分析的角度,研究外资并购对中国资本市场上市公司业绩产生的影响。同时还分析了外资并购给中国资本市场带来的无形价值和消极影响。通过外资并购前后统计数据比较分析发现,外资并购对大部分样本公司的财务经济带来了一定程度的改善。
