Abstract:
采用自主开发的11轴联动弧焊机器人和国产变极性等离子弧焊接电源,以5mm厚的5A06铝合金材料相贯线焊缝结构为主要研究对象,以焊缝的正面熔宽和背面熔宽为成形特征参数,通过正交试验确定焊枪行走角变化对焊缝成形影响的显著性,从能量传递的角度研究了焊枪行走角的变化对等离子弧穿孔立焊焊缝成形产生影响的机理。采用优化后的工艺参数,成功焊接完成了内外部质量满足要求的相贯线焊缝结构。
