Abstract:
经导管主动脉瓣置换术(Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement,TAVR)显著改变主动脉根部血流动力学,继而引发相关并发症。本文基于医学影像数据重构主动脉根部实验模型,通过搭建体外脉动循环模拟系统,利用粒子图像测速技术(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)研究TAVR术后对主动脉瓣速度分布、涡度分布等参数,研究结果表明:TAVR术后改变主动脉根部血液动力学导致涡度增加可能造成瓣膜血栓。
