Abstract:
本文研制了基于微囊藻毒素MC-LR抗体(anti-MC-LR)和电沉积金纳米粒子的电化学发光(ECL)免疫传感器,MC-LR和MC-LR-Ru@SiO2竞争结合固定化的抗体,反应完成之后,ECL信号随着MC-LR浓度的增加而减小,在优化的条件下,ECL信号在0.1-100μg/LMC-LR浓度范围内与MC-LR浓度的对数成线性关系,检测限为0.007μg/L.
