Abstract：
随着中国经济的高速发展,中国矿产资源性商品的海外依存度越来越高，出现 了买什么就什么贵,卖什么就什么就便宜的“贵买贱卖”的贸易困境，表面上看是国际定价 权丧失和贸易条件恶化。，但其根源乃是大国经济发展中出现的贸易劣势即大国效应，只有 通过建立矿产资源的全球产业链，才是真正解决这一困境。
